10th Birthday Celebration

Join us in celebrating the Santa Rosa County Library System’s 10th birthday! The library system has made some changes over the past 10 years, but one thing that hasn’t changed is the significant contributions the library system has made to the community. With so much to do at your local library, now is the perfect time to get acquainted or reacquainted with your library and enjoy the gifts of reading and lifelong learning. Our success over the years has a lot to do with you, our patrons. Thank you for being part of our story. On October 10, a special birthday party will be held at all five Santa Rosa County libraries in Gulf Breeze, Jay, Milton, Navarre, and Pace with cake cutting at 10 a.m. at each library. Various activities will take place throughout the day. Check with your local library for details.

Storytime

Storytime programs are presented for preschool children ages 3-5 and include stories, finger plays, and action rhymes. Caregivers must remain in the library during storytime; however, they cannot accompany children into the programs. In consideration of all participants, programs will start promptly at the assigned times. In order to minimize distractions, latecomers will not be admitted.

If this will be your first storytime visit, we invite you to come to the library before your first adventure to meet your storytime presenter, pick up a welcome packet, explore our children’s area, and enjoy a tour of the library.

Storytime will be presented during the following times until December 9:
