Domestic Violence Awareness declaration for the month of October

Naval Air Station Whiting Field Commanding Officer Todd Balau, Milton Police Chief Tony Tindell, Santa Rosa County Sheriff Bob Johnson, members of FavorHouse, Milton City Councilman Jeff Snow, Councilwoman Sharon Holley and Mayor Wesley Meiss posed for a photo shoot Tuesday at 3 p.m. at the downtown Milton fountain, dyed purple, to promote awareness of domestic violence. A proclamation was signed by the dignitaries proclaiming October as Domestic Violence Awareness month.
