Downtown Milton will bustle Friday evening (Dec. 7) with Christmas activities, live music and a lighted boat parade as people enjoy Gallery Night.
Musical groups will perform at various downtown venues from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. as part of the popular event, which is sponsored by the Santa Rosa Arts and Culture Foundation.
Enjoy choirs, handbell ringers, Santa Claus, a live Nativity scene and horse-drawn carriage rides, among other attractions. Excerpts from the Nutcracker Ballet will be performed at the Imogene Theatre.
Then, at 8:30 p.m. lighted boats will parade along Blackwater River in an event organized by the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce.
The evening is a bright, festive community gathering that adds to Milton’s holiday spirit.
