Officer Chelsea J. Spratt

Officer Chelsea Spratt joined the Milton Police Department on 04/09/13. Prior to joining the police department, Officer Spratt was employed as a Loss Prevention Associate for two and a half years. Officer Spratt has been exposed to some aspects of the law enforcement environment due to her parents being employed in law enforcement and the military. Although not born in Florida, she has been a lifetime resident of Santa Rosa County.

Officer Spratt graduated from Navarre High School and then enrolled in Northwest Florida State College. She graduated the Police Academy in 2012. Officer Spratt is looking forward to a career in law enforcement and continuing her education to earn a degree in Criminal Justice.

Officer Dalyn Jay Wilson

Officer Dalyn Jay Wilson joined the City of Milton Police Department on 11/06/2012. In 1989, Officer Wilson began his law enforcement career while enlisted in the United States Navy. After serving ten years of active duty, Officer Wilson received an Honorable Discharge and continues his service in a reserve status. Officer Wilson furthered his law enforcement career with the City of Gulf Breeze, FL. During his tenure with the Gulf Breeze Police Department, Officer Wilson ascended to the rank of Police Officer 3.

Officer Wilson graduated Stephen T. Badin High School in Hamilton, Ohio. In 1992, Officer Wilson graduated from the Basic Law Enforcement Academy at Fort McClellan, Alabama. In 1995, Officer Wilson completed the Military Police Investigator course. Officer Wilson earned his Florida Law Enforcement Standards in 1999.
