Milton’s notable and notorious ghosts come to life this weekend

The ghosts and spirits that made up Santa Rosa County’s and Milton’s history will come back to life this weekend.

The Santa Rosa Historical Society will host its annual Downtown Ghost Walk tour through Milton’s historical district this Friday and Saturday with some of the ghosts and spirits telling their stories from the past that make up Milton’s and Santa Rosa County’s unique history.

The spirit guided walking tours will take guests to significant historical sites in Milton where the guest will be entertained by the spirits of some of Milton’s most notable and notorious residents from the past.

Those planning on taking the tour should wear comfortable shoes and bring a coat.

Tickets are $10, skip the line tickets are $20. The first tour leaves the Imogene at 6 p.m. with tours leaving every 15 minutes.

Tours will start at the Imogene Theater, which is located at 6686 Caroline St. in Milton.
