Milton’s ghosts and goblins of the past come to life

Oct. 24 and 25 the 14th Annual Ghosts of Milton Walking Tour will take place in Milton’s historical district.

The tour, which starts at the Imogene Theater, will start at 6 p.m. and will leave ever 10 minutes with the last tour leaving at 9 p.m.

This is not your typical tour as there are not creepies or monsters lurking around downtown, but actors and actresses portraying some of the individuals from Milton’s more colorful past.

The tour will make around 13 stops.DSC_0079

Some of these stops will include historical buildings like the Mt. Pilgrim African Baptist Church, the 1939 WPA Post Office, and the Milton L&N Railroad Depot.

While you wait for your tour to start the Santa Rosa Historical Society will show the classic Hocus Pocus in the Imogene Theater.

Tickets for the Ghost Walk is $15 VIP Cut the Line Tickets, $10 for adults, and $5 for children 12 and younger. Little ones in strollers are free.
