Published on August 01, 2016 with No Comments

Last Thursday morning, children attending the Magnolia Center’s summer camp Camp Magnolia entertained the Milton Police Chief Tony Tindell, Milton Detective Steve Mistovich and Milton Fire Chief John Reble singing songs and saying thank you for taking the time to give tours of the police and fire department recently.

The Magnolia Educational and Recreational Center was established for local area children from 6 to 13 years old throughout the summer months for a 1 time fee of $25. It was reported the students go on weekly field trips and spend time at the Guy Thompson Community Center.

The center is open for donations of any kind. For more information about the center contact Latasha Walls at LNWalls@earthlink.net or visit the Magnolia Center Facebook page. To see their performance click here.
